How to Use Our Webshop
Welcome to Eastern Seals! We’ve designed our webshop to make your shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible. Whether you’re ordering sealing solutions for your business or personal projects, follow the steps below for a smooth purchasing experience.
1. Explore Our Products
Our webshop features a broad range of seals, gaskets, O-rings, and other sealing solutions. To get started, use the Products menu to explore different products or the dedicated menu for featured products such as our Vulclast® range. Alternatively, each product page features a Product Filter at the top, allowing you to quickly find specific items by entering product names, codes, or descriptions.
Each product page offers detailed specifications, materials, and sizing options to help you choose the right product for your needs. Take your time browsing to find the perfect fit for your project.
2. Selecting Your Products
Once you’ve found the product that meets your requirements, review the options available. You may need to select the size, material, or quantity (some items have a minimum order quantity which will be specified per selection). After making your selections, click the “Add to Basket” button to place the item into your shopping basket.
You can continue shopping and adding more products, or if you’re ready to complete your purchase, simply review your basket.
3. Review Your Cart
Click the Cart Icon at the top of the page to view your shopping basket at any time. Here, you can see all the items you’ve added, make adjustments to quantities, or remove items if needed.
When you’re satisfied with your selections, click “Proceed to Checkout” to begin the purchase process.
4. Checkout
The checkout process is simple and secure. During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide your billing and shipping details. You can check the “Deliver to a Different Address” box if your billing and shipping information is different.
Payment Options
- PayPal: You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Simply select PayPal as your payment method, and you’ll have the option to check out as a guest using your debit or credit card.
- Trade Account: If you have an approved trade account with us, you can select this option to place an order on account. If you’d like to set up a trade account, please contact us for more information.
Once you’ve entered all your details and selected your payment method, click “Proceed to PayPal” or “Place Order” depending on your payment method, to finalize your purchase.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will begin processing your order immediately and will keep you updated on its status. If you’ve used a trade account, we will contact you via email regarding the billing and delivery timeline.
